3. GOVERNMENT ENGAGEMENT WITH STAKEHOLDERS
   TO STRENGTHEN PUBLIC TRANSPORT INDUSTRY.
   That this Honourable House resolves to urge the Government of
   Lesotho, through the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, to open
   up for engagement and dialogue between the Ministry and stakeholders
   in the public transport industry, with a view towards continual and
   sustainable integration between the Ministry and the industry
   stakeholders to settle disputes and strengthen the industry.
