  1. AMENDMENT OF INTERNAL SECURITY ARMS AND
    AMMUNITION ACT, 1966.
    That this Honourable House gives leave to bring a Private
    Member’s Bill in terms of Standing Order No. 52 (1) with the
    long title of the Bill to be “Internal Security Arms and
    Ammunition (Amendment) Bill, 2023: A Bill for an Act to
    amend Section 43 (1) – (6) of the Principal Act of 1966 with a
    view to revisit the terms and conditions of minimum sentence
    and minimum bail in respect of rampant armed crimes in robbery
    cases and assassinations.”
