NOTICE OF MOTION
Notice given on Wednesday, 26th April, 2023.

- AMENDMENT TO STANDING ORDER NO. 27.
That this Honourable House resolves to amend Standing Order No. 27 as
follows:
(i) Delete the words “without notice” from the title.
(ii) In Standing Order No. 27 (1), delete the whole Clause and
substitute with:
“ There shall be questions to the Prime Minister
every first Tuesday of the month”.
(iii) In Standing Order No. 27 (2), delete the words “twenty five
minutes” and substitute them with “one hour”.
(iv) In Standing Order No. 27 (3), delete the whole Clause and
substitute with:
“(3) Political parties shall in writing and under the signatures
of the whip or leader of that party in the National
Assembly, submit the questions and the names of
Members who will submit questions to the Clerk not
later than five clear days before the day of questions.”
