NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO THE PROTECTION AND ADMINISTRATION OF CUSTOM AT INITIATION SCHOOLS BILL, 2022:

Hon. Minister of Tourism, Environment and Culture –

                                                            COMMITTEE

             That postponed Clause 22 stand part of the Bill.

  1. In postponed Clause 22 sub-clause (2) (b), line 1, after the word “of” insert the words “a criminal offence including.”
  2. In postponed Clause 22 sub-clause (2) (c), delete the word “psychologist” and substitute with the word “psychiatrist”.
  3. In postponed Clause 24 sub-clause (b), line 1, after the word “of” insert the words “a” “criminal offence including.”

That Protection and Administration of Custom at Initiation Schools Bill, 2022 be recommitted in respect of Clause 14.
