1373. INFORMATION REGARDING EXPORT OF WOOL AND MOHAIR BY STONE SHI.
Hon. K. Mathaba (PR): To ask the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, if he is aware that there are allegations that a businessman by the name of Stone Shi, associated with the Thaba-Bosiu Wool and Mohair Centre, continues to export wool and mohair to foreign countries despite his trading licences having been suspended by the Ministry; and if so, can the Minister give reasons for this and say what measures have been taken to put an end to the activity.
1374. NEED TO REPAIR WATER SYSTEM.
Hon. M. Maqelepo (Berea): To ask the Minister of Water, if he is aware of the absolute lack of potable water in the villages of Ha-Leluma and Tocha, Mokhethoaneng due to the complete breakdown of the water system in the villages; and if so, can the Minister say how soon the system will be repaired.

239. ADOPTION OF THE REPORT ON THE COLLECTION OF DIAMONDS (DIAMONDS AMNESTY).
That this Honourable House resolves to adopt the Report of the Portfolio Committee on the Natural Resources, Tourism and Land Cluster on the Collection of Diamonds (Diamonds Amnesty).

4. MOTION:
241. ALLOCATION OF PROCUREMENT QUOTAS TO ECONOMICALLY EMPOWER MARGINALISED SECTIONS OF COMMUNITY.
That this Honourable House resolves to urge the Government of Lesotho to introduce Procurement Regulations aimed at implementing the Public Procurement Policy of 2018 (7(14)) in a structured manner and specifically by aligning with Lesotho Gender and Development Policy 2018-2030 (3.4.4(14)) of 30% allocation and the Lesotho National Youth Policy 2017-2030 (8.1.1(7)) of 25% allocation.
