- REPAIR OF BRIDGES ON MAKHALENG RIVER.
Hon. K. Mokhethi (’Maletsunyane): To ask the Minister of Public Works, to say whether the bridges on the Makhaleng River which were destroyed or damaged by heavy rains are included in the Government Programme for
repairs of roads; and to state when such bridges will be repaired as the inability to use the bridges compels the people to make lengthy detours to be able to cross the river. - REPAIR OF DAMAGED ROADS.
Hon. K. Mokhethi (’Maletsunyane): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, if he is aware that Ha-Salemone and Tšenekeng roads were destroyed by the recent floods and are now almost unusable; and if so, can the Minister say whether the roads are scheduled for repairs in the current financial year. - CONSTRUCTION OF A ROAD.
Hon. K. Mokhethi (’Maletsunyane): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, if he is aware of the proposition which was made by the Makholipane A10 Local Council to construct a road from Ha-’Mapitsi to Ha-Lebelo; and if so, can the Minister give reasons that the project was not implemented, and the time when it will be implemented as the planned road would be useful to a large number of people. - NEED TO REPAIR A ROAD AND A BRIDGE.
Hon. M. Mahapa (Tele): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware that the main road which leads to Masitise High School, through Lihlabeng, and on to Upper Moyeni has been badly damaged by heavy rains to the
extent that the bridge which crosses to Masitise High School often prevents the community and school children from crossing when the gorge is in flood; and if so, how soon the road and the bridge will be repaired. - DISGRUNTLED VILLAGES WITHOUT ELECTRICITY.
Hon. M. Mahapa (Tele): To ask the Minister of Energy and Meteorology, if he is aware that the villages of Mokopeleng, Thabong, Marakabei and Mokhokhong were bypassed by electrification when it was supplied to
Sixondo despite the electricity lines going right past their front yards, and despite having been part of the electrification scheme in 2007; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene as the communities are disgruntled
and threaten to cut down the electricity poles in their crop fields which prevent them from planting their fields while benefitting them with nothing. - VILLAGES WITHOUT EITHER CELL-PHONE OR RADIO RECEPTION.
Hon. M. Mahapa (Tele): To ask the Minister of Communications, Science and Technology, if he is aware that there is neither Lesotho based cellphone coverage nor reception of Lesotho based radio station in the villages
of Sixondo, Dilli-Dilli and Mathole and the people in these places have to rely on South African cell-phone service providers as well as South African radio stations; and if so, how soon the Minister will ensure that reception
towers are built in these villages so that they can stop relying on South African services. - ADDITIONAL CLASSROOMS FOR SCHOOLS.

Hon. T.P. Aumane (Semena): To ask the Minister of Education and Training, to say how soon school boards of Khohlontšo and Mononong Primary Schools will be officially confirmed by the Ministry. - REHABILITATION OF A ROAD.
Hon. T.P. Aumane (Semena): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, if he is aware that the following roads are badly damaged and unusable:
(i) Phakoeng – Lihloahloeng – Sephokong
(ii) Marumo – Ha-Toeba – Ha-Lephai
(iii) Makhuleng – Likomeng
(iv) Marumo – Makhoatsing
(v) Taung – Ha- Ntšasa – Malelu
(vi) Thaba Khubelu – Mpokochela-Mokhalong – Thaba-Sephara
(vii) Beresi – Semena
(viii) Sekhohola – Moreneng, Ha-Matete
(ix) Borokho ba Mokhalong – Maieane;
and if so, how soon the roads will be repaired. - NEED TO REPAIR ROAD.
Hon. T. Litjobo (PR): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, if he is aware of the need to repair the road which joins the villages of Manganeng, Ha-Mokuoane, Ha-Mothibe and all the other villages in the Koro-Koro valley; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene. - REHABILITATION OF A ROAD.
Hon. T. Litjobo (PR): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware of the need to reconstruct the road which serves the villages of HaTakalimane, Ha-Tlebere, Ha-Katu, Letsatseng, Mokema, Ha-Khoeli, Maholong and Nkueng to Ha-Rampoetsi; and if so, how soon the road will be rehabilitated. - NEED FOR POTABLE WATER.
Hon. T. Litjobo (PR): To ask the Minister of Water, if he is aware of the acute shortage of water in the village of Letsatseng, Mokema; and if so,how soon water will be provided to the village. - LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ALLEGED SEXUAL OFFENDER.
Hon. M. Tseleng-Senekane (PR): To ask the Minister of Water, to say how soon legal action will be taken against the Manager of HSPY JV Construction Company at Ha-Seshote who allegedly sexually molests prospective female workers before he can hire them. - INFORMATION REGARDING HEALTH WORKERS.
Hon. M. Tseleng/Senekane (PR): To ask the Minister of Health, to shed some light on the following:
(i) how soon Village Health Workers will receive M800.00 in accordance with the Village Health Programme Policy of 2020;
(ii) how soon Village Health workers will earn risk allowance just like other front-line health workers in line with the role they play in communities; and how soon the arrears owed to them will be settled. - RESOLUTION OF QUEEN ’MAMOHATO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL DISPUTE.
Hon. M. Tseleng-Senekane (PR): To ask the Minister of Labour and Employment, to say how soon a resolution to the dispute between workers at the Queen ’Mamohato Memorial Hospital and the Ministries of Health
and Finance will be reached especially as the Minister has clearly outlined the causes of the conflict. - CONSTRUCTION OF A ROAD.
Hon. M.M.N. Moremoholo (PR): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, if he is aware of the need to construct a road in the village of Patisi, Kolberg in Thaba-Tseka Constituency, which leads to the Primary
School in the village where absence of a road compels school children to carry goods and groceries from afar to the school on foot; and if so, howsoon the road will be built. - NEED TO COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF A ROAD.
Hon. M.M.N. Moremoholo (PR): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware that construction of the road from Mohlanapeng to Ha Ramatšeliso was left off at Ha-Mokoto and that the damage caused by the recent rains prevents villagers from travelling beyond Ha-Mokoto; and if so, how soon construction of the road will resume for the benefit of the local community particularly expect out women, the elderly, and those with mental infirmities; as well as the unwell who have to be carried to HaMokoto Clinic on stretchers. - UNPAID POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROGRAMME WORKERS.
Hon. M. Lenkoane-Letsoepa (PR): To ask the Minister of Forestry, Range and Land Reclamation, if he is aware that to-date the following residents of Ha-Motšoane in Matlakeng Constituency have still not received payments
for working in a poverty alleviation programme (Sekhakeletsi) in November, 2019, as well as some months in 2020:
Under Trip 5 of 2019:
(i) Litseo Tseki (ID No. 023208115428),
(ii) Puseletso Lerama (ID No. 022105244820), and
(iii) ’Mapitso Lephatsoe (ID No. 027212220820), and Under Trip 1 of 2020:

(v) ’Masebabatso Mankhoe (passport No. RC 185575); and if so, how soon they will be paid. - MATLAKENG CONSTITUENCY VILLAGES WITHOUT AMENITIES.
Hon. M. Lenkoane-Letsoepa (PR): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, if he is aware that the villages of HaMapape, Ha-Shepeseli, Mabuthile and Khapung in Matlakeng Constituency which fall under the Botha-Bothe Urban Council are to-date without the amenities and conveniences afforded other villages; and if so,
how soon the Minister will intervene. - REPAIR OF A DAMAGED ROAD.
Hon. M. Sello (PR): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware that the road from Tšita’s Nek through the villages of Ha-Khola, Ha Moeketsane, Ha-Khuele, Ha-Khaphetsi, Malaleng, Ha-Challa, Ha-Pape and Ha-Mahlasane all the way to Ha-Ntsie is badly damaged and causes serious damage to vehicles which use it; and if so, how soon this road, which is used by a large number of people will be rehabilitated. - ELECTRIFICATION OF KOLO CONSTITUENCY.
Hon. M. Sello (PR): To ask the Minister of Energy and Meteorology, if he is aware that there is no electricity in the entire Kolo Constituency; and if so, how soon electricity will be provided to all or some of the villages in the Constituency; most of which have formed electrification schemes. - BENEFITS FOR RETIRED TEACHERS.
Hon. L. Hlalele (PR): To ask the Minister of Education and Training, to say how soon the following retired teachers will be paid their retirement benefits:
(i) Rose Khaketla (Emp. No. 0037707) who worked at Mokati Primary School.
(ii) Mokoena Flory Tšiame (Emp. No. 0038488) who worked at Likhetlane Primary School; and
(iii) ’Masepiriti Leboea (Emp. No. 0046055) who worked at Likhetlane Priamary School. - INFORMATION REGARDING FISHING INDUSTRY.
Hon. L. Hlalele (PR): To ask the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, to shed some light to this Honourable House on the policy of the Ministry towards the fishing industry throughout the country. - COMPLETION OF A GRAVEL ROAD.
Hon. T. Ntsibolane (PR): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, if he is aware that the Ministry embarked on the construction of a gravel road from Sixondo to the villages of Ha-Selebalo, Motsekuoa and Ha-Sekhoba; and that the road was constructed only up to the village of Tlhakoaneng without reaching the above-mentioned villages for which it was planned to reach; and also that the construction equipment which was deployed to construct the road has been relocated to Mt. Moorosi; and if so, how soon the road will be completed. - UNPAID GRANT RECIPIENTS.
Hon. S. Peea (Thaba-Moea): To ask the Minister of Social Development, if she is aware that there are elderly people aged between the ages of 60 and 69 who did not receive their grants in the villages of Ha-Choroana, Ha Mafa, Ha-Motau, Ha-Peterose and others; an example being the following people in the village of Ha-Choroana:

Hon. M. C. Hlao (PR): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware that the road from Hlotse to Qoqolosing was badly damaged by the recent heavy rains and is on the verge of collapsing at Ha-Matata; which would cause a great impediment to the travel commitments of the people who gain services in the town of Hlotse; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene. - INJUSTICE AGAINST BASOTHO STOCK FARMERS.
Hon. K. Rantšo (PR): To ask the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, if he is aware of the injustice perpetrated against the livestock farmers of Mohalinyane, Ha-Matsoso in Taung where a certain individual on the South African side has intentionally destroyed the fence marking the border between the two countries, thereby making a way for Basotho cattle to cross over to the South African side where they are confiscated and penned in Laybrand, and are only released upon payment of a fee of M10,000 per head; before again being charged a fee for re-entry into Lesotho; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene as many stock farmers have lost their cattle due to the inability to pay the fees charged. - NEED FOR POTABLE WATER.
Hon. K. Rantšo (PR): To ask the Minister of Water, if he is aware of the need to provide potable water to the villages of Morumotšo, Mohalinyane, Ha-’Malintja, Ha-Mooko and Ha-Raporong in Taung Constituency; and if so, how soon he will intervene. - REHABILITATION OF A ROAD.
Hon. K. Rantšo (PR): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware of the need to rehabilitate the road from Takalatsa to Mohalinyane Clinic to make travel easy for people in the area; and if so, how soon he will intervene.
