**1079. IRREGULAR WATER SUPPLY: SEMPHETENYANE
Hon. L. Moramotse (Lithoteng): To ask the Minister of Water, if he is aware that there is no water during the day in the village of Semphetenyane in Lithoteng Constituency, and that water only gets available late at night; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene.
**1145. TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE.
Hon. T. L. Kibane (Peka): To ask the Minister of Justice and Law, if he is aware that in the case between Thibeli Thibeli and a Ha-Ralebese burial society by the name of “Jehova ke Setšabelo saka”, case No. 23/17, Court President Alphonse Mathetsa had ordered Thibeli Thibeli to reimburse the Society an amount of M3, 457.00 which Thibeli duly paid; and that, the Court President has since not delivered that money to the Society; and if so, may the Minister say how soon he will redress the situation.
**1157. REASONS FOR WITHDRAWING SOCIAL GRANT FROM A RECIPIENT WHO DESPERATELY NEEDS IT.
Hon. T. G. Manyooko (Hololo): To ask the Minister of Social Development, if she is aware that in 2013, payment of social grant to one Leshome Monnanyana, of Tsime Ha Hlasoa, who is a disabled orphan with mental health problems was withdrawn, leaving his grandmother, who is his guardian, with financial limitations to support his expensive day to day health condition as she is a pensioner; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene.

**1178. NEED FOR A WOOL SHED: HA-SENG.
Hon. K. Mokhethi (’Maletsunyane): To ask the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, if he is aware of the need for a woolshed at Ha-Seng where wool and mohair farmers currently have to travel long distances to Semonkong town, Ha-Elia or Rapo-le-boea for shearing services; and if so, how soon a woolshed will be built.
**1233. VEHICLES FOR QUTHING POLICE.
Hon. T. Ntsibolane (PR): To ask the Minister of Police and Public Safety, if she is aware that there is evidence of an increase in the perpetration of house breaking, theft and sexual offences crimes in the villages of Tšoeneng, Masitise, Phuleng, Motse-Mocha and Motsekuoa in Tele Constituency; and that Quthing police are slow to respond to crimes due to lack of vehicles; and if so, how soon vehicles to aid in the fight against crime will be provided to the Quthing Police pursuant to the Government’s assertion that vehicles have been provided to the various crime prevention institutions in the country.
**1235 COMPENSATION FOR POLICE VIOLENCE VICTIMS.
Hon. T. Litjobo (PR): To ask the Minister of Police and Public Safety, if she is aware that on 06/11/2020 there are some Basotho youth who were doused with tear gas and were shot at by members of the Police Service; and if so, can the Minister say how soon those affected will be compensated.

**1239. PROPER NUTRITION FOR EXPECTANT WOMEN.
Hon. M. C. Hlao (PR): To ask the Minister of Social Development, to say whether she may consider including expectant women in the roster for aid recipients as there is evidence that they struggle to maintain proper nutrition required to ensure giving birth to healthy babies.
** 1250. MALIBA-MATŠO RESIDENTS BARRED FROM FISHING.
Hon. T. Mokhosi (PR): To ask the Minister of Water, if he is aware that residents of the villages neighbouring Katse Dam (e.g. Maliba-Matšo, Ha-Thibeli) are forbidden from fishing for their livelihoods in Maliba-Matšo River, despite fishing having been their only source of income for a long time, unless they pay a levy of M50.00 per month or M200.00 per year to the LHDA; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene as this has placed the livelihoods of the communities at risk especially in the prevailing economic downturn.
*1269. CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN AND RURAL ROADS
Hon. K. Mathaba (PR): To ask the Minister of Public Works, to shed some light to this Honourable House on whether the Ministry’s aim to construct 330 km of rural roads; as well as 20.3 km of urban roads in Maputsoe and Mohalalitoe in the 2017/2018 Financial Year has been realised; and if not, can the Minister disclose:
(i) how far the project has progressed; and
(ii) the amount of money that has been used to-date.

*1270. UNPAID OLD AGE PENSION
Hon. K. Mathaba (PR): To ask the Minister of Finance, if he is aware that Mr. Bonolo Sakaria Phuthi of Koeneng, Ha-Teketsi in Leribe, who was born on 30/11/1950 made an application for old age pension in February, 2020 but to-date he is not receiving his monthly pension payments; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene.

Hon. M. Hlalele (Thaba-Phechela): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware that the bridge between Matlapaneng and Bongalla is so badly damaged that it is at the risk of collapsing; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene.
*1277. REPAIR OF BADLY DAMAGED ROAD.
Hon. T. Ntsibolane (PR): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware of the extensive damage on the main gravel road from Pump-House to Sixondo, where the road goes past Bolepeletsa Primary School; and if so, how soon the road will be repaired as the damage threatens to widen and the road might soon be unusable; which would prevent people travelling through Alwyn’Skop to places such as Mtjanyane from completing their journeys.

Hon. K. J. Moroeng (Mekaling): To ask the Minister of Law and Justice, if he is aware that ’Mapheello Molise (Emp. No. 0019077) who worked at Khoiting Local Court and went on retirement on 20/04/2020 has to-date not received her terminal benefits; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene.
*1287 STATEMENT IN THE HOUSE REGARDING QUEEN ’MAMOHATO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL CRISIS.
Hon. T. Mokhosi (PR): To ask the Minister of Health, to say how soon he will make a statement in the House regarding the crisis at Queen ’Mamohato Memorial Hospital (Tšepong) which has resulted in the laying off of a number of nurses; and alleged termination of a contract between the Government of Lesotho and Netcare.
*1288. UPGRADING OF ST. MONICA, ’MATHATA, HA-CHAKA ROAD.
Hon. T. Mokhosi (PR): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware of the need to upgrade the road which serves the urban villages of Popopo,
’Mathata and Ha-Chaka in Maputsoe to tarmac as the road is used by a large number of people; and if so, how soon the road will be upgraded.
*1289. REPAIR OF BADLY DAMAGED ROAD.
Hon. T. Kalake (Thupa-Kubu): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware of the badly damaged road from Lekokoaneng-Lishopong, through
Moreneng Ha-Maritintši, to Ha-Senekane which was surveyed by the Ministry’s personnel early in 2020 with the promise that repairs to the road would soon be made; and if so, how soon the road will be repaired to afford people in the area ease of travel.

*1290. REPAIR OF BADLY DAMAGED BRIDGE.
Hon. T. Kalake (Thupa-Kubu): To ask the Minister of Public Works, to say how soon the badly damaged bridge in the village of Ha-Mabekenyane, (Bua-Sono) will be repaired as the Ministry had made a promise that the bridge would be repaired in 2020, following a visit by the Ministry’s engineers to inspect the damage.
*1293. PROVISION OF CLEAN WATER.
Hon. M. M. N. Moremoholo (PR): To ask the Minister of Water, to say how soon clean water will be provided to the village of Motse-Mocha, Phomolong, on the outskirts of Thaba-Tseka town where the villagers are in constant danger of contracting diseases including Covid-19 due to the lack of clean water for sanitary purposes and household consumption.
*1300. BRIDGE CLOSE TO COLLAPSE.
Hon. M. Mahapa (Tele): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware that the bridge over Mjanyane River, which joins the villages of Mjanyane and Sixondo with the village of Dilli-Dilli is perilously close to collapsing; and if so, how soon the bridge will be repaired.

Hon. M. Moletsane (PR): To ask the Minister of Trade and Industry, if he is aware of the introduction of the so called Exporter’s Code by SARS, which has negatively impacted Lesotho Importers who are now requested to pay VAT to LRA regardless of having paid the same to SARS in RSA; and if so, how soon the Minister intends to intervene.

*1328 OFFICIAL OPENING OF TŠAKHOLO POLICE STATION.
Hon. M. Hlalele (Thaba-Phechela): To ask the Minister of Police and Public Safety, to give reasons why the police station at Tšakholo, Thaba-Phechela, whose construction was completed three (3) years ago has not been officially opened for use.
*1332. NEED TO ASSIST ONE NTATE FANI OF MASITISE.
Hon. T. Ntsibolane (PR): To ask the Minister of Social Development, if she is aware that double amputee Ntate Ady Fani of Masitise, Motse-Mocha in Quthing district was given artificial legs by the Ministry, but the same artificial legs were later repossessed by the Ministry’s officials over three – (3) years ago; and if so, how soon the artificial legs will be returned or new ones be provided to enable Ntate Ady Fani to walk.

Hon. L. M. Mohlajoa (Malimong): To ask the Minister of Trade and Industry, to say how soon buildings for industrial purposes (factories) will be established in the town of Teyateyaneng to benefit the Berea urban population.

Hon. T. Litjobo (PR): To ask the Minister of Water, if he is aware of the acute shortage of water in the village of Letsatseng, Mokema; and if so, how soon water will be provided to the village.

Hon. M. Tseleng-Senekane (PR): To ask the Minister of Water, to say how soon legal action will be taken against the Manager of HSPY JV Construction Company at Ha-Seshote who allegedly sexually molests prospective female workers before he can hire them.
*1359. CONSTRUCTION OF A ROAD.
Hon. M.M.N. Moremoholo (PR): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, if he is aware of the need to construct a road in the village of Patisi, Kolberg in Thaba-Tseka Constituency, which leads to the Primary School in the village where absence of a road compels school children to carry goods and groceries from afar to the school on foot; and if so, how soon the road will be built.
*1361. UNPAID POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROGRAMME WORKERS.
Hon. M. Lenkoane-Letsoepa (PR): To ask the Minister of Forestry, Range and Land Reclamation, if he is aware that to-date the following residents of Ha-Motšoane in Matlakeng Constituency have still not received payments for working in a poverty alleviation programme (Sekhakeletsi) in November, 2019, as well as some months in 2020:

*1371. NEED FOR POTABLE WATER.
Hon. K. Rantšo (PR): To ask the Minister of Water, if he is aware of the need to provide potable water to the villages of Morumotšo, Mohalinyane, Ha-’Malintja, Ha-Mooko and Ha-Raporong in Taung Constituency; and if so, how soon he will intervene.
*1377. URGENT NEED FOR A FOOT-BRIDGE.
Hon. K. Rantšo (PR): To ask the Minister of Public Works, if he is aware of the imperative necessity for a foot-bridge on the road from Ha-Pii to the school at Ha-Majoale where there has recently been fatal drowning incidents including those of a new mother and her baby as well as an expectant woman and children; and if so, how soon he will intervene.
*1386. ASSESSMENT OF RENTAL PAYMENTS BY GOVERNMENT.
Hon. T. Tšita-Mosena (PR): To ask the Minister of Finance, to shed some light to this Honourable House on the following regarding rented Government properties:
(i) the amount of rental fees paid to all Government properties in 2019/2020;
(ii) rental fees paid by all Government Ministries in 2019/2020;
(iii) unoccupied Government buildings and the value of rent potentially lost due to non-occupation in 2019/2020;
(iv) rental fees paid by Government to private properties in 2019/2020; and
(v) anticipated cost of refurbishment of Government properties.

*1389. RENOVATION OF MOFOKA LOCAL COURT.
Hon. T. Litjobo (PR): To ask the Minister of Justice and Law, if he is aware of the need to renovate the buildings of Ha-Mofoka Local Court which are so badly damaged that they place the people who work in them in danger; and if so, how soon the Minister will intervene.
*1391. INFORMATION REGARDING ACQUISITION OF COVID-19 VACCINE.
Hon. M. Nkhase (Pela-Tšoeu): To ask the Minister of Health, to shed some light to this Honourable House on the following:
(i) the total number of people who have been vaccinated;
(ii) the percentage of (i) above in relation to the total number of people who qualify for the vaccine;
(iii) what the conditions or expectations are regarding Lesotho business persons (Sesiu) who are apparently ready to buy part of the necessary vaccines as a contribution to the people of Lesotho; and
(iv) the manner in which the Government has or will assist these business people.
